Wikang Filipino: Mula Baler Hanggang Buong Bansa

Wikang Filipino: Mula Baler Hanggang Buong Bansa

Philippines is one of the most breathtaking places you’ll ever see. Consisting of 7,107 islands, this country, my country, promises tourists that you’ll never regret visiting. Aside from the beautiful places it exhibits, the Philippine culture will blow you away. Its culture is closely guarded by most natives from different provinces of the country. Of course with different natives there are also different dialects. Almost 80 local dialects are used in the Philippines but only one is named to be our national dialect-“Filipino”.
You see, for us to be able to communicate with one another we use Filipino. Every Pilipino uses it or at least most of the Filipinos. Go to the most northern or southern part of the Philippine Islands and for sure you’ll find someone who speaks Filipino. From north to south, east to west there’s no stopping the Filipino domination. Do you know why? Because we Filipinos, take pride of our language-our personal identity. No one uses it besides us, so if you find somebody speaking one, you’ll he’s a Pinoy. That’s why; Filipino is included in our curriculum. And sure we need to study English for our global competency but Filipino- our mother tongue will always be in our hearts. That’s the Filipino way!
